Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Estates at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement customer service strategies that drive business results
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and sharing your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, and reporting any issues or concerns to your manager

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • A strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for people who have:

  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
  • A minimum internet speed of 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
