About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect to join our CEX team as a key member of our Revelation (Home, Personalization, and Search) sub-group. As a Full Stack Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and architecting systems, applications, and data frameworks that drive user engagement and satisfaction. You'll work closely with our engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead for the teams within the Revelation contract, ensuring the quality and design of frameworks and systems
• Break down complex issues into simple, straightforward solutions, and develop technical guides and future directions for the team
• Develop and improve data quality and metrics, and analyze and understand framework interdependencies and constraints
• Use internal and industry data to inform design decisions, and apply technical influence over 50+ colleagues to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
• Coach junior designers on cutting-edge technical matters for professional development

Essential Qualifications and Characteristics

• At least 4+ years of experience building large-scale mobile frameworks
• Strong foundation with hands-on experience as a Senior Software Development Engineer
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, datastores (SQL, NoSQL), and the ability to choose the right technology based on requirements
• Solid knowledge of data designs, algorithms, and planning for execution
• Excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to provide technical guidance across backend, frontend, and ML technologies
• Ability to thrive in a highly creative and fast-paced environment, achieving stretch goals
• Solid business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others, and strong analytical reasoning skills
• Broad experience of mentoring junior designers to progress
• Pioneering spirit and the ability to have fun!

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Technical/B.E/B.Tech or a similar degree from a reputable university
• At least 13 years of professional experience as a backend/full stack developer with hands-on experience on building highly scalable and performant distributed systems
• Any experience with ML, data science, or search in B2C (e-commerce, OTT) is a plus
