Your Day-to-Day As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service via live chat and email, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate support. * Interpreting and fine-tuning the customer success process and performance to drive continuous improvement. * Collaborating with our technical team to understand IT business logic and provide informed solutions to customer queries. * Building and developing customer relationships that turn clients into advocates for arenaflex. * Working alongside your team to resolve complex customer issues and provide reliable information.
