Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working independently to complete assigned tasks, utilizing your problem-solving skills and initiative to overcome any challenges that may arise
  • Navigating between two applications effectively, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal errors
  • Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicating via email to coordinate with team members, ensuring clear and concise communication

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to use an email system, including sending and receiving emails, and attaching files as needed
  • Proficiency in navigating two applications, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Capable of cutting and pasting data accurately, with a strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data management software or tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency
