Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Working independently to complete assigned tasks, utilizing your problem-solving skills and initiative to overcome any challenges that may arise
- Navigating between two applications effectively, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal errors
- Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Communicating via email to coordinate with team members, ensuring clear and concise communication
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to use an email system, including sending and receiving emails, and attaching files as needed
- Proficiency in navigating two applications, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Capable of cutting and pasting data accurately, with a strong attention to detail
- Availability to work part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications
