Key Responsibilities:
As an EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming EAP Worklife customers in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for a positive and supportive experience
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting the well-being of our employees
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including the EAP Worklife program, to provide expert guidance and support
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, escalating concerns to senior team members as needed
- Communicating effectively with EAP Worklife customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to ensure seamless support
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence
- Staying updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to EAP Worklife services, applying this knowledge to enhance customer support
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's standards and guidelines
- Promoting the well-being of arenaflex's employees by providing support and resources through the EAP Worklife program, empowering them to thrive in their roles
- Adhering to company standards and guidelines for customer service and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, customer service) preferred
