Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Travel Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our travel-related data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering and updating travel-related data in arenaflex's internal systems
- Verifying travel booking details, itineraries, and expenses
- Maintaining and organizing digital travel records and reports
- Ensuring accuracy in vendor and logistics data entry
- Processing and categorizing invoices and reimbursement requests
- Assisting with travel scheduling and coordination as needed
- Following company policies to maintain data security and confidentiality
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Required:
+ Be at least 18 years old + Hold a high school diploma or equivalent + Possess basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) + Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy + Have excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM preferred) + Be able to work independently and meet deadlines + Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
