Key Responsibilities

As a Temp-to-Perm Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting data with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines
• Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
• Assisting in locating parts for ETAs and promptly responding to inquiries, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach
• Managing email correspondence effectively, ensuring clear and concise communication with clients and stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Work Schedule

As a Temp-to-Perm Data Entry Operator, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule that includes:

• Standard hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturdays: 8 AM - 2 PM (after training), providing a unique opportunity to enjoy a weekday off when you work on Saturday
