Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through our chat platform. You'll work closely with our 80+ member sales team to implement strategies, build relationships with customers, and sell via chat. Key Responsibilities
• Mastery of Chatting Par Excellence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our chat platform and its capabilities, ensuring you're always up-to-date on the latest features and best practices.
- Team-Leading Measures: Collaborate with our sales team to set and achieve sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure we're delivering exceptional results.
- Building Relationships with Customers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
- Implementation of Received Strategies: Work closely with our sales team to implement strategies and tactics that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Selling via Chat: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to sell via chat, building rapport with customers and closing deals.
Requirements
• Educational Degree: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Previous Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
- High Level of Performance Readiness: A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent English Speaking and Writing Skills: Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
