Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment - Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools - Knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
