Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest standards of store appearance and customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
