Job Summary

We're looking for a part-time Salesforce Data Entry Specialist to support our Sales operations by ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer and contract data into Salesforce. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our CRM system and enabling effective reporting and decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret legal and commercial contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering customer, account, and contract information into Salesforce from various source documents, including legal agreements and order forms.
  • Reviewing and interpreting key contract terms, including:

+ Agreement start and end dates + Renewal provisions + Termination notice periods + Payment terms and billing frequency + Service levels and obligations

  • Updating and managing customer contact information, ensuring accuracy and completeness for key stakeholders, billing contacts, and decision-makers.
  • Maintaining data consistency and integrity across Salesforce records by following established data entry standards and best practices.
  • Identifying and flagging discrepancies or incomplete information for resolution with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams to clarify contract terms and contact records as needed.
  • Supporting regular data audits and clean-up initiatives to ensure Salesforce data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with the creation of reports and dashboards to support business needs and performance tracking.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in Salesforce data entry or CRM administration.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret commercial contract language.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Experience updating and maintaining contact information in a CRM environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic understanding of relational data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and its various modules.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
