Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Building relationships with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats
• Educating customers on their retirement plans and responding to inquiries on retirement products and plans
• Providing expert guidance on 401(k), 403(b), 457, 401(a), and other retirement plans
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A college degree and 1+ year of customer service experience
• Or, in lieu of a college degree, 3+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus but not required
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Availability to work any shift within the Monday through Friday operating hours of 7:30am – 10pm EST
