Responsibilities

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting arenaflex's cruise products and services to direct consumers through outbound sales calls and webchats
• Building and maintaining quality customer relationships through exceptional customer service and rapport-building techniques
• Identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations to drive sales growth and meet/exceed revenue goals
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
• Participating in daily team meetings and sales training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Performing other job-related functions as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Cruise sales experience a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally
• Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including current fleet and ship itineraries
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven
• Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)

• Experience with sales software and CRM systems
• Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Benefits and Compensation

* Competitive salary range: $24,960 plus commission pay

• Eligibility to participate in arenaflex's Sales Incentive Plan
• Comprehensive benefits package, including:

• Opportunity to earn an average annual income of $55-60k

Schedule

* 8-hour shift

• Every weekend
• Morning shift
• Overnight shift
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs
• Must be available to work any possible schedule, including late nights and early mornings
