About Your Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in expanding our contact center support, working directly with customers, and requiring significant time on the phone. You'll be the face of our brand, and your exceptional customer service skills will make a significant difference in the lives of our customers. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is passionate about delivering outstanding support.

How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from prospective or current customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Listening attentively to customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Following up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and provide additional assistance.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment.
  • A polished and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance are required.
  • Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed.
  • Friendly, patient, and skilled on the phone, with a helpful demeanor.
  • Energetic, highly organized, and able to take ownership of issues with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
  • Maintains professional and respectful behavior when addressing the concerns of irate or frustrated clients.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position, depending on personal workspace setup.
