The Role
As a Part-Time Weekend Outbound/Inbound Customer Care Expert, you will play a critical role in fostering lasting relationships with our customers by providing exceptional experiences. You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customers and their needs in all interactions, establishing and earning their trust through attentive and personalized service.
- Inbound Customer Service: Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer service calls efficiently and courteously, handling overflow appointment requests with precision.
- On-Call Support: Be available for on-call duties as required, demonstrating strong character and values in every customer interaction.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customers' concerns, showcasing strong problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to excellence.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively and efficiently with the team to ensure a unified customer care approach, meeting or exceeding consistent metric expectations.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed consistent metric expectations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of eligibility: 18 years or older.
- Teachability: A willingness to learn and embrace continuous learning opportunities is essential.
- Communication Skills: Professional and amiable phone presence is required.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
- Experience: Previous Customer Care experience is preferred.
- Screening: Successful completion of drug screening and background check is required.
- Adaptability: Ability to follow/utilize the playbook when handling different topics/conversations is essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work nights and weekends.
