Key Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and efficient service to customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other designated areas
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to travel, baggage, and other services
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Providing exceptional service to customers with special needs or requirements
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
