Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and efficient service to customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other designated areas
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to travel, baggage, and other services
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Providing exceptional service to customers with special needs or requirements
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with modern technology
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment

  • Familiarity with airline operations and services
