What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions to customers
- Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Collaborating with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools to foster a customer-centric culture
- Providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a written assessment
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing
- Adaptability to change with the business needs of the company
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
- A headset, webcam, and other necessary equipment provided by arenaflex
