Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling, product knowledge, and expert guidance
- Managing production flow to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer orders
- Taking customer orders, providing pricing information, and recommending arenaflex products and services
- Operating complex equipment and performing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ensuring quality control during and after production processes
- Coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders
- Providing leadership and guidance to team members on an assigned shift
- Assisting in the training of store team members
- Collating, sorting, and organizing customer orders
- Operating the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions, and making change
- Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting
- Following instructions from supervisors and assisting other team members in performing store functions
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Providing secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping-related services and activities
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of specialized experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and financial software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
