As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email, resolving customer service inquiries, and offering real-time problem-solving solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer questions that come in via our website(s) and provide concise information to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Identify major pain points and flag them to a liaison who will convey the information to other departments, contributing to the development and improvement of our products and services.
  • Complete training on our customer support systems, policies, and procedures, as well as ongoing soft skills training to enhance your communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

* A love for customers and their experience with our products and services.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices.
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience, such as AI, chat, and self-serve portals.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a live chat or phone support environment.

  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
