Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Mechanical Customer Service Expert to join our team in the Bristol, TN area. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service through active listening, and resolving issues proactively. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
  • Appropriately communicating with customers
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
