Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Online Community Moderator – Forum Chats and Customer Support, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring forum threads to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies
  • Enforcing community guidelines and taking necessary actions to maintain a safe and respectful environment
  • Facilitating discussions and engaging with members to promote a positive and inclusive community
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve issues and improve community engagement
