Role Overview

As a Customer Support & Prompt Manager, you'll be responsible for working closely with our clients to ensure they get the most out of our AI-powered SaaS solution. You'll be the first point of contact for any technical or support queries they may have, and you'll work closely with our Client Success Managers to ensure our clients are satisfied with our solution. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company that's making a real impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Build out each new client's AI agent, helping to set up the AI agent to be the best SDR our client has seen

  • Communicate clearly and frequently with clients and Client Success Managers on progress and improvements
  • Help build out best practices on how to build stronger and more accurate prompts for future clients
  • Manage the QA, testing, and launch process, providing active monitoring of all newly launched AI agents
  • Manage any support requests that come in from clients and call in help from others in the team where needed
  • Create advocates out of our customers to drive referrals and collect NPS scores, testimonials, case studies, and reference contacts for sales and marketing usage

Requirements

* Background or degree in maths, computer science, product development, mechanical engineering, or similar logic and solution building-based discipline

  • Proven Customer Support experience
  • Self-managing with a strong growth mindset
  • History of self-learning through books, courses, and other resources to refine sales skills
  • Renowned as a provider of a great customer experience in customer support in previous teams
  • Skilled in digital communication and online tools and platforms, especially comfortable on video calls with clients

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Experience with AI-powered SaaS solutions and customer support software
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AI-powered SaaS solutions and customer support software

  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)
  • Experience with customer success and account management
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
