Job Summary
As a Retail Cashier and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring efficient and accurate checkout processes, and resolving customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner. You'll work closely with our sales team to promote additional products and services, and provide friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services.
Key Responsibilities
* Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the shopping experience
- Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store
- Offer additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and arenaflex Family card
- Resolve customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
- Provide friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services
Working with arenaflex
* Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
- Benefits Eligible: Yes
- Hours: 12-20 hours per week. Must have complete open working availability from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:00AM to 11:00PM.

Qualifications
* 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
