Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Success / Account Manager - IT Cyber Security Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and develop a deep understanding of their business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Meeting sales activities (KPIs): Dials, Calls, Follow-ups, and Meetings
* Managing communication cadence for your assigned customer base
* Identifying, growing, and retaining existing accounts
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer principals and developing a working understanding of their business model and usage of arenaflex's product
* Leveraging other internal departments (support, development, services) to find solutions to a variety of customer needs with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
* Leveraging client interactions and insights to inform new features and future product development, relaying back new requests to the arenaflex R&D team
* Maintaining accurate details of your daily activities within the arenaflex CRM system
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* BA/BS Degree or 1+ years of experience in a related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and prioritization ability, attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate and accept/provide feedback in a team setting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for success in this role:
* Experience in sales development, account management, or a related field
* Knowledge of the IT sector and cyber security industry
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 (base) and $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 (OTE), depending on your performance and experience. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:
