Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it with the utmost sensitivity and respect
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and software applications
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
