Experienced Customer Success Operations Associate (Temporary) – Driving Operational Excellence and Scalability

About the Role
As a Customer Success Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and scalability within our Customer Success organization. You will oversee the integration of CS tooling, automation, and analytics to ensure seamless workflows, data accuracy, and efficiency across our platforms. You will partner with our CS leadership, cross-functional teams, and digital engagement specialists to streamline operations, enhance customer insights, and enable proactive customer management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration of CS tooling, automation, and analytics to ensure seamless workflows, data accuracy, and efficiency across our platforms. - Partner with CS leadership, cross-functional teams, and digital engagement specialists to streamline operations, enhance customer insights, and enable proactive customer management. - Drive process optimization and automation using tools like Zapier, Gainsight automation, or HubSpot workflows. - Develop and maintain health scoring models and customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement. - Manage CS platforms, APIs, and system connectivity across Sales, CS, and Product teams. - Drive cross-functional initiatives using Agile, Asana, or Jira in a fast-paced SaaS/EdTech environment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in SaaS or EdTech. - Experience working with HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, or similar customer success platforms. - Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret trends and provide actionable insights. - Experience in workflow automation, process optimization, and CS tool administration. - Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), or Google Sheets for reporting and customer insights. - Familiarity with Zapier, Gainsight automation, or HubSpot workflows to streamline operations. - Strong understanding of health scoring models and customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement. - Experience managing CS platforms, APIs, and system connectivity across Sales, CS, and Product teams.
