We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our retail and sales team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing fast and friendly service to customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a desire to grow your career

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • A willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a sense of humor

Physical Requirements:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a focus on safety and attention to detail
