About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. You'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Processing orders and handling customer transactions
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Job Requirements

* Must be 16 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Physical Requirements

* Standing for long periods (up to 8 hours)

• Walking for short distances (up to 1 mile)
• Lifting up to 50 pounds (cases of ingredients and supplies)
• Carrying large cans and trays of pizza dough
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies
• Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices on signs or perform maintenance
• Forward bending, stooping, and crouching to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching up, down, and forward to perform tasks
• Frequent hand use and eye-hand coordination

Work Environment

* Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks

• In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and above
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters, including walk-in cooler
• Hot surfaces and tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

Sensing

* Talking and hearing on telephone

• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

Temperaments

* Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
