Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in the drive-thru, dining room, and through phone and online orders
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including the dining room, drive-thru, and kitchen areas
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience a plus
