Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service in the drive-thru, dining room, and through phone and online orders
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including the dining room, drive-thru, and kitchen areas
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience a plus
