Key Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working late night shifts (typically 10pm-6am) to ensure 24/7 coverage for our clients
  • Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary software and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently

  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, customer service) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer support experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and familiarity with computer software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

* Previous experience in a live chat or customer support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
