Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers: Drive sustainable revenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes.
  • Analyze customer data: Examine the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize each seller's potential.
  • Implement and track metrics: Record the success and quality of the sellers in your portfolio, using key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Sellers: Build relationships with potential sellers, understanding their needs and developing a clear understanding of our sellers and their requirements.
  • Build and execute on a joint business plan: Deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the sellers and arenaflex.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis: Examine seller issues, publish recommendations, and develop action plans to improve the seller experience.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices to drive success for your sellers.
  • Manage additional projects: Lead initiatives around our newly launched Paid Service, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
  • Conduct regular business reviews: Meet with sellers to discuss business metric performance, highlight areas for improvement, and build action plans to drive growth.

Shift Timings and Work Environment

This role requires a flexible schedule, with shift timings from 4 PM to 1 AM IST. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work independently, but also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success for your sellers. Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience: Experience working with clients to develop and execute digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience with Excel: Proficient in using Excel to analyze data and develop recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices: Ability to examine data and develop insights to drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues for clients.
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms: Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients in the tech industry.
