Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Data Entry Specialist – Quality Control for Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling both voice and non-voice processes as needed, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Verifying information provided by third-party entities using online databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Performing data entry, vendor resource verifications, and checking board certifications, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Following up with various state boards for status updates, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Executing tasks promptly and with high quality, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
  • Performing additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
