Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Care: You'll assess customers' needs, provide accurate information, and offer solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Managing Incoming Communications: You'll answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.

Requirements
