What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through email and live chat. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems
- Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Using internal communication software to collaborate with your teammates, management, and other departments
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and implementing solutions to optimize their interactions with our brand
Who We're Looking For

- Sensitive and skilled communicator who can adapt your tone and style to suit your audience
- Eager learner who is excited to learn new technology systems and procedures
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a knack for using keyboard shortcuts
- Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
- Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls
- Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, such as a home office, to fulfill your shifts
- Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra Credit
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are definite plus factors in this role.
