Experienced Full Stack Technical Lead Manager – Digital Protection and Cybersecurity Operations

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Lead Manager to join our team in Virginia. As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our clients. This is an on-site, client-facing position with remote work approved. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our clients

• Drive navigation and specific activity for our clients, ensuring the conveyance of significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital protection strategies and solutions
• Provide expert-level guidance and support to clients on digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, threats, and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible protection and support

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment

• Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover
• Experience in team management, leading, and presenting to various audiences, including executives
• US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities

• Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
• Ability to communicate raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
• Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build methodologies, and influence stakeholders

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Proven experience in threat intelligence, digital protection, and incident response
