Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling Incoming Calls:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Research and Resolution:
Effectively research and provide resolutions to customer concerns
Accurate Documentation:
Accurately document call details to ensure seamless communication
Empathetic Communication:
Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation

18 years or older
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Attendance:
Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
Typing Speed:
Typing at least 25 WPM
Internet Connection:
Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download
Work Area:
Secure, private work area at home
Availability:
