Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our SEO team by creating and managing databases, extracting relevant data from various websites, and identifying and collecting contact information of professionals from SaaS companies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing databases using information sourced from LinkedIn and other online directories
• Extracting relevant data from various websites, including job portals and online directories
• Identifying and collecting contact information of professionals from SaaS companies, including:

+ Marketing team members + SEO specialists + Outreach specialists + Growth managers + Content marketers + PR executives

• Ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity, adhering to established guidelines and standards
• Collaborating with the SEO team to optimize data for search engines, improving visibility and rankings
• Supporting SaaS product development by providing accurate and relevant data insights

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, preferably with SEO and SaaS exposure
• Ability to create and manage databases using information sourced from LinkedIn and other online directories
• Experience in scraping data from job portals and online directories
• Proficiency in extracting relevant data from various websites
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and optimization
• Familiarity with SaaS product development and marketing strategies
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as JavaScript
• Certification in data analysis, SEO, or SaaS-related fields
• Experience working with remote teams and collaborating with stakeholders
