Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of arenaflex's Transportation Management team. This exciting role involves analyzing incoming RFI's and RFP's, designing creative business solutions, and facilitating sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process. Primary Responsibilities * Work closely with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design innovative business solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients * Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their needs * Complete RFI and RFP responses, ensuring that our proposals are comprehensive and compelling * Develop and maintain pricing models in coordination with the sales process, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible value for their investment * Develop and maintain libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring that our team has the resources they need to succeed * Create reporting for sales pipeline and other ad hoc reports as requested, providing valuable insights into our sales performance and identifying areas for improvement * Create and manage inputs for detail and accuracy, customize formatting, and create and run reports in Salesforce for all Managed Transportation and Consulting opportunities, ensuring that our team has the data they need to make informed decisions Education and Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field * Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite skills * Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations * Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management and clients Working Conditions * Mainly office environment with occasional work in warehouse environment * Ability to follow policies and procedures * Ability to read, write, and interpret information * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide * Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel * Ability to sit, walk, or stand for duration of shift * Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions * Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment * Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities in its application procedures, hiring, and other terms and conditions of employment.
