Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This full-time, remote position is located in Puerto Rico and offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• A strong desire and ability to be a team player
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• The ability to type 40-50 WPM or more
