Experienced Data Entry Associate – Remote Healthcare Claims Processing

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with the potential to earn up to $18.00 after two months

• Flexible scheduling with three shifts available: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm CST, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm CST, and 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm CST
• Overtime may be required, and we offer a bonus or incentive based on business need

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client. Your primary focus will be on inputting all details of the claim with high accuracy while meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by arenaflex. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all claims are digitized accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Capture and validate more complex data

• Classify images and documents
• Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools
• Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work
• Work within established procedures and practices
• Work under close supervision

Requirements

* Must be able to type at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, and internet research
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rate
• Must pass an internet speed test (download of at least 25, upload of minimum 5, and ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing is preferred
• Must have high-speed internet connection and meet speed requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks and/or drug screenings
• Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
