Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Customer Service Representative 2, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating problem resolution with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Educating customers about our products, services, and features to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to develop and improve phone-based revenue generation strategies
  • Meeting established sales quotas and monitoring competitive activity and trends within the territory
  • Processing Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs) and transfer requests, as well as AAA (Credit/Debits) and Damage Claims
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining causes, and selecting the best solutions
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and documenting matters that need addressing
  • Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments and preparing product or service reports
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Nature and Scope

As a Logistics Customer Service Representative 2, you'll work within the knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, procedures, and practices. You'll be responsible for order management, from purchase order to shipment of product, and will serve as the primary point of contact for independent distributors and COD branches.

Knowledge and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • HVAC product knowledge and market knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve complex issues
  • Effective verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook – and data entry
  • Quality focus, with attention to detail and accuracy, and effective documentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and process information, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong team player, results-oriented, dedicated to excellence, and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethics, and integrity on the job
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external customers and employees

Experience

We're looking for candidates with 3-6 years of customer service experience within the HVAC industry. If you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth, we want to hear from you!

Education

A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

People Management

This role does not involve people management.
