Job Overview
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! We'll cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

What We're Looking For

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
