Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing advanced support to our customers, offering solutions and guidance to improve their unemployment metrics performance, improving tax rates, and creating value realization. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored strategies to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide information on claims metrics, POA status, and other program enhancements to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including meeting notes, action plans, and follow-up activities
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex problems
- Conduct semi-annual or quarterly business reviews in partnership with Relationship Manager, reviewing progress, identifying areas for improvement, and setting goals for future success
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams
- Follow up with our teams on client issues and deliver results to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Essential Qualifications:
* 5+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- In-depth knowledge of the Unemployment Cost Management Services, including claims metrics, POA status, and program enhancements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors
- Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field
Skills and Competencies:
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
- Proficiency in SalesForce, Excel (with complex function skills), PowerBI, and other Customer Service tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
