Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience: You'll be the face of our pharmacy, and we're looking for someone who can provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
• Registering sales and providing courteous checkout service: You'll be responsible for processing sales on assigned cash registers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional checkout service.
• Assisting pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy: Under direct supervision, you'll assist our pharmacists with various tasks, including processing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records.
• Engaging customers and resolving issues: You'll be the go-to person for our customers, and we're looking for someone who can resolve issues and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment: You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our counters and shelves, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
