The Role

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient Typing Skills: A minimum of 60 words per minute typing speed, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other relevant software packages.
  • Data Entry Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data processing and organization.
  • Basic Literacy and Numeracy Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic math and reading comprehension.
  • Organization Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

While the above qualifications are essential for success in this role, we also welcome applicants with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Data Entry Certification: A certification in data entry, such as the Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or the Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).
  • Experience with arenaflex Software: Experience with arenaflex software packages, such as arenaflex Data Entry or arenaflex CRM.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
