Job Description
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful while representing our values of integrity, respect, and care. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively. You will utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
