About the Role
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to Card Members visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge. You'll be the ambassador of our brand, acting as a consultant to tailor our products and services to meet the unique needs of each Card Member. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service, combined with your exceptional communication skills and ability to think creatively, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey
- Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to each Card Member's preferences
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, ensuring a stress-free travel experience
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
Lounge Hours of Operation:
Our Centurion Lounge is open from 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Sunday to Saturday. Hours are subject to change due to business needs.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, including reservation experience
- A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting customers with every interaction
- The ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
- The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
- The ability to rely on and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on putting the Card Member's experience at the forefront
- Resourcefulness and the ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly salary range: $20.00 to $22.12
