We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to lead the Marketing relationship for Data Items and Stages within arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX) division. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, analyze their needs, latest trends, and expected outcomes to drive the business forward. You will investigate item requirements and develop suitable projects to ensure they're met. You will create, execute, and maintain production schedules across various initiatives and projects that support Marketing.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the data practices of Marketing, driving the execution of all cycles in the information resource lifecycle, and resolving critical information quality issues that impact Marketing across data item managers, source creators, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for Marketing for all matters related to their data needs and stay up-to-date on business or functional approaches to ensure data resources address their issues.
- Drive the execution of all cycles in the information resource lifecycle, including item and industry research, planning, positioning, requirements and guide development, and resource launch on behalf of Marketing.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including data creators, specialists, and data designers to align the process around information resources.
- Communicate space updates, releases, and guides to end-users.
- Work with stakeholders to determine information quality issues that are critical and essential to Marketing across data item managers, source creators, and partners.
- Translate Marketing processes into detailed data requirements for prototyping and final development by designing teams.
- Develop and maintain production schedules across various initiatives and projects that support Marketing.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, travel, or business administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in item management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry related to data.
- Related knowledge with overseeing into business connections, including estimating the effectiveness of partner satisfaction.
- Ability to summarize business use cases, capture data insights/structure ideas, and clearly communicate those.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into requirements.
- Experience and advocate of agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, travel, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in item management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry related to data.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
