Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support for arenaflex products and services
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
