Responsibilities and Duties

As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Being brand passionate – share your love and expertise for the game and brand!
• Using primarily TaylorMade golf equipment
• Communicating with customers at a professional level
• Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment handling multiple chats at once

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of TaylorMade products to assist customers with product recommendations and comparisons
• Develop a strong understanding of competitor products to provide informed comparisons and recommendations
• Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels
• Stay up-to-date on the latest TaylorMade products, promotions, and events to provide accurate and timely information to customers

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on TaylorMade products
• In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, including their features, benefits, and applications
• Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple chats at once

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• Strong passion for golf and the TaylorMade brand, with a desire to share that enthusiasm with customers

Technology Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices not compatible)
• A stable internet connection
• Reliable sound output

Compensation and Perks

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:
